Useless Company that doesnt even care about customers.

There should be a zero rating for such a company . Useless and not reliable at all , as of today there has been no communication about my delivery from Shein ,they dont respond to calls nor whatsApp. I am leaving Cape town today and I still no nothing about a delivery that was supposed to be delivered on the 14th dec 2022. This is a useless company with poor communication.
