Useless company

This company is really frustrating. They sent a message saying I should expect my parcel. I spend the whole day waiting and the was no delivery. I then received an email from them later on saying delivery failed because I was not home and they are lying. 2 days later they send another message saying the will deliver my stuff. Guess what I waited the whole day again. When I track my parcel it says vehicle in accident. I am so stressed right now because they are not picking up my calls or responding to my emails. My last money went down the drown. This company should just get closed.
