Useless buffalo logistics

Purchased from shein.didnt like the items. Booked a return. This has always happened. Multiple times. Driver refuses to collect. Call buffalo, takes ages to get through. Then they answer and tell you they can't assist and you have to redial. Then you redial and whomever answers says they will escalate and get a driver to collect. The driver never comes to collect. I'm waiting 15 days for a driver to collect the parcel. Buffalo is truly the worst logistics company. There's zero customer service. Zero service as a whole from any point. The WhatsApp helpline is as useless as the customer call centre. Nothing is escalating.nothing is happening at all. Useless logistics useless everything.
