USELESS AND RUDE.

they don't even deserve one star, i have had the absolute worse experience with them, customer service department are rude and unhelpful, ive been waiting for my parcel for a week now, continuing getting sms that parcel is out on delivery, i now get a sms saying delivery failed and i must pay extra fees for a new delivery. they attempted delivery on a Sunday. why must i pay for their mess up?
