So they send you an sms late morning that they are gonna deliver within 48hrs then just show up at your gate, like you don't have a job you have to be at. They don't contact you before and try to arrange delivery, then the delivery guy is arrogant and puts the phone down in your ear while you are still talking. When you try to phone them or send a email they just ignore you
