USELESS

They are useless. I have been trying to get ahold on them to come and collect my return package.. it has been 3 weeks now. Their whatsapp line does not work. Their online chat does not work. Clearly their email does not work. And when you call them you are lucky to go through. then they promise you with in 2 days. it has been 7 days again, and no one has come and collect the package. no one has tried to contact me.
