Urgently need my order

Buffalo Logistics are not professional at all. I ordered on the 27 April and I'm still waiting for my order. When I track my order it says "FAILED DELIVERY, VEHICLE IN ACCIDENT." And at first they said "CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE" when they didn't even show up after sending a message. My graduation is coming up and I'm in dire need of my Shein order. Overall bad service
