Urgent Package Held Indefinitely With No Answers

My experience with Buffalo Logistics has been extremely disappointing.

My package arrived at their airport warehouse on 13 April 2026, and to date it still has not been delivered. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that my parcel is grouped together with other customers’ packages, one of which is apparently being held by customs for hazardous material testing. My own package contains no hazardous materials, yet it has been delayed indefinitely because of this.

What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of assistance from the call centre. The agents simply tell me to “wait,” cannot provide any estimated timeframe, say they do not have contact details for customs, and offer no real effort toward resolving the issue or escalating it. The overall impression is that customer concerns are not taken seriously once delays occur.

At this stage, the delivery has become increasingly urgent, and the absence of communication, accountability, or proactive support has been incredibly disappointing.
