URGENT: Non-Delivery & Zero Communication – Immediate Action Required

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve received from Buffalo Couriers. My package was scheduled for delivery on 17th and 18th September, and yet NOTHING was delivered. Even worse, no one contacted me at all—the communication has been absolutely nonexistent.

On 18th September, I received a notification at 10 PM. Seriously? How does that even make sense for a delivery attempt? That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I paid for this delivery and expect the service I was promised. I want my package delivered immediately—no more delays, no more excuses. This needs to be sorted out ASAP.

Kindly escalate this matter and ensure I receive my package without further delay. I expect a response and resolution today. ***
