Upset and annoyed client

I purchased items from SHEIN in May and the courier service is giving me hassles about the tax and duty fee which was paid - This is becoming a complaint query now this have been paid and I keep getting sms (threatening me that parcel will be returned in 45 days payment was made on the 10th of June correct beneficiary ref as E3MWMK was now included as I first only put my name please release and deliver see document attached once more reflecting same amount that was due
