UNTRACEABLE ORDER OR PARCEL

I was returning an order from Shein and was collected 16 April.Made a follow up with them on and they said I must cancel the return and get a new shipment number which I did now I am not getting.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Gwen who was very rude and unwilling to assist and Keketso who tried to give a little assistance.

I do not understand why Buffalo Couriers does not have reference number and why their consultants do not share their surnames.

Buffalo Couriers please return my parcel if you are not willing to return it to SHEIN.Ref number - BUFEX***PYQ.
