UNSKILLED, USELESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 28/11/2022 I spoke to one of your agents Palesa who confirmed that I will be receiving my parcel today(Wednesday) so I went ahead and made a booking for my flight to the UK as I received a work transfer and will not be returning to SA. I called in again today and spoke to a very useless agent called BANELE(extension 100) who failed dismally when it came to assisting the client and coming up with solutions all he did was come up with the usual excuses for his team leaders which are they were currently in a meeting, they not available on the floor which is utter bull**** as I have been a call centre agent myself and I am very much aware of those excuses, so I informed him that I know that they are busy on WhatsApp or chatting the day away, he then stated that I should hold and he will get me one of the team leaders(surprisingly they were no longer in a meeting). He then hung up the call that useless piece of trash with no customer service experience I beg of you please train the guy or REPLACE.
