Unsatisfied, Not Helpful. Poor Service

I've been patiently awaiting my address to match the one on Shein, but Buffalo claims my order is out for delivery. Despite spending the entire week making calls for assistance, I've had no luck. Each time, I'm transferred to different agents and left waiting for help. To add to the frustration, they frequently hang up on my calls and leave me waiting for long periods. This is particularly disheartening considering the significant amount of money I've spent. When can I expect assistance, and most importantly, my order?
