Unsatisfactory Service

Still awaiting response from their WhatsApp line - managed to get hold of the driver who apparently could find the premises and he rep**** that it is out of his hands and back at the warehouse. He was very helpful and give me the contact numbers which of course was the same as on their website and it does not work.
