Unsatisfactory Service

Non-Communication - they give you a whatsapp line but they dont answer that or the landline. I got a message that my parcel would be delivered on Monday the 27th Sept 2021 - now when I track it it states it was returned to their warehouse because they could not find the address - We are in the main street in Alrode and the company name is clearly visible. They also said no phone call was answer well if you don't phone the number nobody can answer and my is with me 24/7. They have a answering system and that also does not work if you hold for the operator the line just cuts.
