UNRESPONSIVE AND UNRELIABLE

So frustrated. I have Been calling and sending emails since March 27th about adding delivery instructions for the driver as the order needs to be delivered in the morning as that's the only time I am at home due to working in the afternoon so but nobody answers the phone or responds to emails to prevent an unnecessary back and forth. The service is disappointing considering I spent thousands of rands on Shein just to get given the cold shoulder here in South Africa. All I want is my order without any issues or damages. The whatsapp line is just as useless
