Unresolved Delivery Issues and Poor Customer Service with Buffalo and Fastway

I placed an order with SHEIN (Order Number: BUFZA6YL33717NUYQ), and Buffalo Logistics was supposed to deliver my package. However, they transferred it to another courier, Fastway, which has terrible customer service. I never received any communication or a call from the assigned driver, yet I received emails from Fastway, Buffalo Logistics, and SHEIN stating that my package was delivered and signed for. The Fastway tracking number is Order No: 2G***. When I tried calling Buffalo, the line wasn’t connecting yesterday, and today it just says the agents are busy before disconnecting the call. I’ve been waiting for hours with no assistance.
