Unreliable service provider

I've been waiting for my parcel for days now and used the wrong address to deliver my parcel, on the Shein app when I I orderd my stuff has the correct address, when I try to contact them via emails, whatsapp and live chat on their app they is no response. Call their numbers 100 times it only automatic answer, robot. No one has contacted me or responded on my emails, such poor service, I paid the them for delivery and taxes.
