"Unreliable Service and False Delivery Claims"

I want to warn everyone about the terrible service I recently experienced with Buffalo Logistics. Despite using their service for years without any issues, they suddenly claimed not to recognize my address.

To make matters worse, I received a message stating my parcel had been delivered, but I never received it. The driver didn't call to confirm my address or notify me that they were at my gate.

This lack of communication and false delivery status is unacceptable. If you're considering using Buffalo Logistics, you were warned.
