Unreliable service

I am still waiting for my order from Shein. Paid taxes immediately when they asked. Package was supposed to be delivered by 6 April 2023. No communication from them, i track my order and it shows its somewhere in Cape Town, no courier company name or details. Their numbers and whatsapp number don't work as well.
