Unreliable Logistics Company

I was expecting a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on 9th January 2023. i received an email from Buffalo stating that they have delivered my parcel. but i did not receive my parcel. when I queried the issue with them they said that they will follow up and investigate with driver that was appointed. A month later they still have not responded to my query.

i call them every other day. i have been speaking to a consultant by the name of Simphiwe who always promises to escalate the matter an get back to me. Simphiwe never gets back to me as he always promises, i am the one that has to follow up with them. Yesterday i spoke to a consulted Judy, whom after realizing that i have been calling and not getting any help for the past month Judy just dropped the call on me.
