unreliable company

They don't answer calls or reply to emails,the just apologize but they don't correct their ways,my parcel has been with them since the 5th,tried communicating with shein which told me to be patient, I've been patient long enough but this courier service just keeps lying! They promise to call you back but nothing. I understand the influx of orders but they should have had measures in place to keep up with the demand. They won't even say where my package is so I can fetch it myself. I'll now have to leave without my things. Worst service 😒
