Unreliable

I am very frustrated. I placed 2 orders on 13 June. First update was 20 June...it's been at the transit airport since 22 June. The agents on the app chat box is of no help... They just end chats with a sorry.... No explanation... Calling them also doesn't resolve anything. They say it's delayed in the middle east.... The orders I placed on 20 June I already received last week. So how was that not affected? I think Temu should rather stick to Fast way Couriers... Much better service
