Unreliable and unprofessional. Such a bad service

I bought items from Shein that I have wanted to return since beginning of June. I have been waiting for more than a month for the items to be collected. I have called so many times and I am being told that there is a backlog. After calling 100 times, I find out that they have the wrong address on the system. No one has followed up or updated me, I had to use so much of my airtime to try sort this out. This is still not sorted until now.
