Unreliable and Unprofessional service

I used to trust buffalo international Logistics as they used to deliver my orders from SHEIN but now buffalo turned to be the most unreliable delivery company. I requested for a return of my items on the 3rd of November 2025 and the driver collected on the 5th of November, after few day as I try to check the status it says collection failed, I’ve been sending email calling almost everyday no one is assisting me I’ve provided details of the driver but nothing happened I even called the driver and his response was he does not know what happened that day. I’m still waiting for my money I’m not sure if I will get it. I really don’t recommend buffalo for return.
