Unreliable and inconvenient

I have been waiting for weeks after confirmation and a message entailing that my order was out for delivery. Till date I have not received an email entaiiling what third party would courier my package and upon my reaching out to the company. I was told a consultant would be with me yet hours later and all I received was an email telling me they'll attend to me upon availablity.
