UNREACHABLE AND NO FEEDBACK

I have been trying for a week to get feedback on my parcel that should have been delievered between 8 Dec & 10 Dec 2022. This company phone is off, they do not reply to various emails and they also don't reply to Whatsapp's, VERY BAD SERVICE
