Unreachable

I've waited for 2 months for Buffalo to collect a return for Temu. I've booked the return twice, attempted to make contact on WhatsApp, which has an inefficient BOT and no agents are ever available, sent numerous emails. Email responses are pathetic, one was - wait for the driver. - we will collect within 2 weeks - we will collect within a few days - which was months ago.

Temu has again cancelled my refund and return.

Dreadful communications skills.
