Unreable logistic services

I have been receiving sms's that my order will be dispatch however im also getting a call" you order can not be delivered due to operational issues please check your emails or sms to arrange delivery time" its funny since i never received any email. Yesterday i keep on getting the machine call more then twice. I reachef out and called the number on the website the consultant told me there was an error with my package the driver who was allocated to deliver my parcel does not deliver in my area. Im annoyed and so ****ed i have been waiting for my order please deliver
