What a joke. These people are so not understanding, do not care and not willing to assist. Parcel was ordered from Shein, all was filled in correct to be delivered to Rand Park Ridge, got SMS notification is at the Sandton depot, will be delivered in 48 Hours, 5 days later nothing. In between I contact and it was allocated wrong due to us with incorrect address and checked was not. I asked to speak to a manager conveyed to me they are in meeting, so I called back about 2 hours later, another consultant, they not in meeting they are on lunch - first they ****, and they just have a not understanding mind and are very rude. The consultant told me I need to keep quiet so she can talk - but she does not listen and also, she said not her problem. I work in the sales and dispatching parts, I make a plan for my clients, it cost me double the money due to the delay to purchase another gift for the wedding, I ordered long in advance. They did not even have the decency to contact to say the parcel was not delivered just return to sand ton, if the parcel comes back, they need to notify the client. Very unprofessional telephone manner, not matter what time of year it is, and their excuse they are busy. They will let you know will call back, but they never do. Eventually it was outsourced to another company to deliver. I called them same story - but after I told her about the delays in this and the unprofessional service I received, she immediately made it priority delivery and received the next day. Do a person always have threaten people for them to do work. Shein should consider using another logistic company. This is not a first time, Buffalo delivers almost on a weekly basis to our warehouse, and always delays, they should focus on details and professionalism, I will not recommend this company whatsoever to anyone, even for shipping overseas, I will rather pay extra and know that the parcel will be delivered to you in time.
