Unprofessional service

Deserves less than a star. I've been trying to get hold of Buffalo Logistics for over a week regarding my package and being charged double on my customs tax. It's almost as if their call centre is unmanned because nobody ever answers. No one responds to any emails or WhatsApp messages. I've run out of options at this point and I'm so frustrated. This company is ****ty!
