Unprofessional courier service

Yesterday buffalo logistics was supposed to deliver my order but they did not when I tracked my order in the evening being concerned and worried I see they said delivery exception : consignee not available: when I was at Res the whole day and I did not receive any call or messages from any buffalo courier and I’m now concerned because they are saying they might send my parcel to the sender and I don’t understand why they are so unprofessional and saying it’s either the number is invalid/ insufficient address whereby takealot delivered to me 2 times on the same address they are saying it’s insufficient and my number is valid there are no missed calls even . Buffalo is giving me so much stress right now after waiting for a long time and I spent my last allowance money there I’m a student they should be professional. They don't even deserve my star .
