Unprofessional Buffalo

I ordered from Shein on the 27th of November and my parcel was supposed to be delivered between 16 and 19 Dec 2021, but till today haven't recieved my parcel, tried emailing and calling Buffalo to no avail, mind you I paid customs on the 2nd of December, well yesterday I managed to get hold of them, only to be told that my parcel is still in China
