Unprofessional behaviour and lies

I called in yesterday to find out where my parcel is and when will it be delivered, they told me delivery would be today for sure. I didn't receive it at all and the team leader Daniela who was very offish and didn't care whether I would get delivery or not, I said I would write a review for terrible service and lying to me, she was ok with it whether Buffalo doesn't deliver it and they don't know I would receive my package, they got paid and to h*ll with the customer. For a team leader to tell a client that is beyond pathetic service, maybe Buffalo doesn't care at all. I paid for delivery and it was to be delivered today.
