UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

This is completely unacceptable!!!! I’ve been waiting for my parcel since last month yet it’s still in their warehouse since the 17th of this month…you can’t get ahold of them via WhatsApp, it’s a mission to try get them on the phone and when you do there’s no reasonable explanation for the delay! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
