Unprofessional behavior by a Buffalo Logistics Driver

Last week the co-driver of a delivery from Buffalo Logistics, made impropriate comments to my domestic, and told her to FOFF back to Zimbabwe. They then proceeded to throw the parcel on to the drive way. She was in tears and very upset. We phoned Buffalo and they said they will handle it and give us feedback. We have not heard from them since. We phoned them more than once and emailed them as well. First of all, all woman must be respected no matter what nationality. Buffalo drives have no right to decide who works for me and who not. I will make sure never to use Buffalo ever again.
