Unprofessional

One of the drivers from Buffalo was suppose to deliver my package on saturday the 4th of May 2024 of which I wasn't expecting...was so happy even canceled my plans only to find out that my order won't come,when I check on temu it says order returned,reason is unfinished delivery.the company doesn't even contact me or update me to arrange to deliver again,mind you they don't even pick your calls when you call As for temu they want to refund my order but will Buffalo refund that insanely high tax they charge,the answer is no. I just don't know why temu and shein doesn't use fast way because like their name they are fast and reliable but as for Buffalo they playing with fire by not delivering people's packages,as for these online shops they are going to lose customers because of buffalo's ********* behavior.
