Unprofessional And Unreliable

They are very unreliable and have extremely bad communication. They don't respond to emails, you wait more than 5 minutes on the call to speak to an agent only for them to cut the call before assisting. They are extremely unprofessional and should only be used by people who don't like peace of mind.
