Unprofessional

Bull**** company this one, they like to lie saying your parcel was returned due to vehicle issues or they lie saying that they attempted to deliver but couldn’t due to incorrect phone number or address, all of which is just bull****…or they say your parcel is lost…. I don’t even understand why they are still in business when clearly they do get a lot of bad reviews and they are a **** company. They never answer calls, emails or WhatsApp messages, so basically you have no way of getting any information on the whereabouts of your parcel. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use Buffalo Logistics!!!!!! You will regret it if you do!!!!
