UNPROFESSION CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LAZY STAFF

I have 2 packages coming to South Africa from China and it has been with Buffalo since 2nd My tracking numbers are BUFZA***YQ and BUFZA***YQ but I don't know and understand why Buffalo has refused to deliver my parcel since it arrived in the country. I am even expecting them to contact me if there is an issue but every time I attempt to reach them they don't answer phone calls and I must say that it is very unprofessional and unacceptable as they continue to waste customers airtime without any remorse or apology from their company. If Buffalo cannot deliver they must just close the company and give room for more diligent couriers that are ready to work.
