Unpleasant experience from the call center

I have been trying to get my parcel since the 15th of December 2023.Everytime I called them they will tell you that they are escalating the matter.I have paid customs and rede*****y fee whereas I was never contacted about the address being wrong.I have called more than 10 times till this day I have not received my parcel and now I'm expected to pay second rede*****y fee even if I have updated my address ten times.What annoys me is that I haven't received any call from the dawn drivers saying they can't get the address.This is so frustrating I really need help.
