Unhappy with baffulo logistics

Am so happy the way temu delt with my lost parcel they did not take me from post to piller and the less said about Buffalo logistics and their drivers .Apparently my parcel was involved in a highjack now I have to proof that duties were paid for them to do the refunds. How do you deliver a percel without Duties being paid ,why now do you need my proof of payment, why you didn't request it before you loose my parcel. And mind you is your driver's where professional, honest and patient I could have received my items.I not so happy with baffulo I would advice temu to try another logistics in future that is more professional like them .
