Unhappy

They are the worst. I have been waiting for my customs refund for close to a month now. When you call you can’t reach them. If you WhatsApp them, their BOT keeps repeating the same thing and no agent ever gets back you on WhatsApp. I received a response email to a complaint about the refund last week and now it back to being quiet. We understand that Buffalo bare has competition in logistics now but they really need to do better with their customer service.
