Unhappy customer lacks proper customer service

I am sending a review on behalf of my friend she made an order at Shein on the 29th July 2023. I received communication to say that i will receive my order but there was the taxi strike. She is very unhappy as this has never happened before. Buffalo has not been very helpful. They keep sending us around in circles and this is not on. They advised Friday today and we called and was told it will be in this week.You can ***. Spoke to Christine Ruiters at Buffalo and asked for mangers. She refused and said she busy. She gave manager name Athi Indebeni. Please sort this out as its a month now. This is really frustrating. 😤
