Unhappy Customer

I am very upset with the way my order has being handled ,L got a message from the couriers stating that my order is out on delivery they come way pass 5 and tried to call me once when l followed up they said that the order was going to be deliver the next day which was the 11th till today nothing has being delivered and they have the the nerve to say that they will charge me again this absolutely ridiculous .
