Unhappy customer: DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL DESPITE THE TRACKING NUMBER INDICATION.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Buffalo Logistics. Despite waiting for my delivery, I have not received my order, yet the system misleadingly indicates that it has been delivered (Tracking Number: BUFZA6YK24036ATYQ). This has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

I lodged a complaint immediately upon noticing the discrepancy, I haven't received any assurance that there is an investigation on the matter. I expected a more reliable and transparent service from a logistics company. Unfortunately, my experience with Buffalo Logistics has been far from satisfactory, I hope they investigate and resolve this because I need my parcel!
