Unhappy customer

I have been waiting for my delivery that's supposed to be made by Buffalo logistics from Shein for almost a month ago and still no response. Why does this company give us problems right after paying customs ? Their contact number is not in use anymore and there's nowhere they can be reached. This is an unreliable company that cannot be trusted!!!
