Unhappy Customer

My package arrived at Buffalo Durban on Wednesday, and I was told I will receive it within 24 hours. I also received an email confirming such. But my parcel did not arrive. When I called their call centre, I received a very conflicting stories from their empty-headed agents. One said the driver has collected my parcel and he will be delivering it soon. The other one said my parcel has not been picked up by the driver and it is still at Durban DC. In all fairness, I think Shein should just terminate their contract with Buffalo Logistics. Buffalo is both *********** and trashy.
