Unhappy customer

On the 24/03/23 I placed an order with Shein and paid customs tax on the 27/03/23. I was supposed to have received the parcel on the 08/04/23 instead today 12/04/23 I got an email from Buffalo logistics stating that my parcel has been delivered . When I called their customer service the consultant said that there’s a system error then hanged up. I’ve logged a query their website but no one is attending to it.
