Unhappy client

Their service is very poor. For a 1st time customer I had a bad experience I placed an order on the 6th of September and paid my custom tax on the 7th. I was told my order will be delivered from the 12-17 but nothing as yet. I've been calling their call Centre and all they say is that they will escalate but no one came to my rescue. I wouldn't recommend anyone honestly.
